I PAINT WITH FIBER!

Salvador Dali, the Surrealist icon. Masterfully depicted living in two worlds, visually. His melting clocks.

Metaphors for living partially in one world. Partially in another.

To be a painter; by definition is to use liquid pigments.

To be a sculptor; by definition (loosely) is to create in such a way that one can … encircle the piece.

SO.. With ABSTRACT 3-D FIBER PAINTING I use liquid fiber to make sculptural paintings that you can’t completely encircle.

THIS WORK MELTS BETWEEN THE TWO ARTISTIC WORLDS. I’ve gladly INVENTED a NEW MEDIUM in CONTEMPORARY ABSTRACT FINE ART.

I often hear why do you do this?

Well. I still adore pushing the limits of DRAWING and MIXED MEDIA/ COLLAGE…ABSTRACT 3-D FIBER PAINTING as a FINE ART MEDIUM HAD TO HAPPEN!

It's been evolving. 'Would not be denied. It's a force.
